Ecology-2014. Result of Module II and program for the future
Thanks to help from Alena Meleshko, Masha Vakulenko, and Alfiya Khazeeva, I can again publish testing results on the same day it is completed. Before reporting results, I provide the program for the remaining part of the semester.
Thanks to the help of Alena Meleshko, Masha Vakulenko, and Alfiya Khazeeva, I can again post the test results on the day they are completed. But before I announce these results, I want to inform you about the program for the rest of the semester. All groups have 5 classes left. The last one, falling on the credit week, is the credit exam. For those who worked and did not idle, the credit exam will not require any effort: I will simply assign grades based on the results of the modules (you won't even need to come to the credit exam, just hand in your grade books). For those who did not pass the modules, the credit exam will be an unpleasant surprise: I will require answers to the questions and a real knowledge of the material studied. Since this is the case, we will have to work under very strict conditions. One seminar each - and then immediately a module. The seminar program, as you remember, is here. The third module needs to be worked through at a heroic pace, the fourth has already been partially worked through. So, I propose the following program. Below is a calendar plan for November.

Please note: for the next seminar, you need to come prepared for the third seminar, dedicated to population ecology. To understand this material, you absolutely need to grasp three sections of the textbook: Exponential and logistic population growth, The Lotka-Volterra model, and Classification of relationships between populations. Once you understand the classification of relationships between populations, you will be able to handle the seminar questions. And now, the results of Module II. Here is the overall distribution. Actually, not bad. Don't groan that I'm giving you a difficult task in preparing for Module III: the results of Module II show that those of you who work are quite capable of handling the tasks before them. I will present the results for each person differently than last time: in a list by groups, not alphabetically. In addition to the four groups working on schedule, an interesting category of people appeared in your course list, whom I have never seen before. They are at the end of the list, without any time or group affiliation. As always, the first number is the percentage of correct answers, followed by the score.
