User Agreement This User Agreement (hereinafter the Agreement) governs the relationship between the owner of batrachos.com (hereinafter Batrachos or the Administration) on one side and the user of the site on the other. The Batrachos website is not a mass media outlet. By using the site, you agree to the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use the Batrachos site! The Administration agrees to: — maintain the operability of the site except in cases where this is impossible due to circumstances beyond the Administration's control. Liability of the parties: — the user personally bears full responsibility for the information they distribute; — the Administration bears no responsibility for the accuracy of information copied from other sources; — the Administration is not responsible for any discrepancy between the services expected by the User and those actually received; — the Administration bears no responsibility for services provided by third parties; — in the event of a force majeure situation (military action, state of emergency, natural disaster, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the preservation of information posted by the User or the uninterrupted operation of the information resource. Terms of the Agreement This Agreement enters into force upon full or partial reproduction of this site. The Agreement ceases to be effective upon the appearance of its new version. The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally modify this agreement at its discretion. The Administration does not notify users of changes to the Agreement.
