Retake of the Vertebrate Zoology Exam (upd) and Its Results

On Tuesday, June 21, at 12:00, at the Department of Zoology (room IV-24), a retake of the vertebrate zoology exam will be held. Retake results added!

On Tuesday, June 21, at 12:00, at the Department of Zoology (IV-24), a retake of the vertebrate zoology exam will be held. The following may retake (or take for the first time): — those who did not take the exam in the main period; — those removed from the exam for violating exam rules; — those who received failing grades; — those who asked me for permission to improve their grade and received such permission (students who worked well during the semester but performed poorly on the exam). This will be the last retake where semester results are still counted. After that, due to the end of the semester and exam session, all grades of those who have not passed are annulled. After June 21, every retake means answering all 6 ticket questions (2 main and 4 additional). Those who want to improve their grade must demonstrate a sharply improved level of command of the material. Do not count on cheating — I will be intolerant of it. Prepare! Retake results A substantial part of students who came to the retake managed to pass or improve their results. At the same time, some behaved rather strangely: after drawing a ticket, they answered only part of the questions. Please note: if you give weak but complete answers to all questions, I may still “stretch” that to a pass (at least you show that you understand what is being asked). If you answer only half and ignore the rest, your answered part must be excellent so that averaging with zeros still yields a passing level. If someone earned 0 points during the semester, comes to the exam, and tries to answer only two of six questions, I can only wonder what they are hoping for. I will not provide grades by individual question here, only the final result. Vasylenko Kristina — 50, satisfactory ... (final list as in source page).
