A Dispute

Are there cases among mammals of cannibalism (intentional predation rather than scavenging) not under conditions of food shortage (that is, rats and dogs do not qualify)? Can the eating of defeated enemies by some African tribes (or European ones, if we look back many centuries) be considered an example of such predation?
