Ecology-2015. Third module and seminars (the last step remains)

Dear third-year students! We have completed the seminar program. The last, fourth module remains. At the beginning are the overall results of the third module. It was evaluated based on a calculation of 20 points. The result is interesting because it showed a very strong differentiation in the level of preparation and, accordingly, in points. 10 people failed the test (scored less than 10 points). On the other hand, Anya Pavliy scored 89% (which is very good). Only she receives 20 points. The legendary Borozna is quite far behind her (Oksana has only 83%). Elya Pustovalova is breathing down Borozna's neck (81%), and Ivan Cherepashuk (78%) closes the top four leaders, separated from everyone else. Then there is a gap, and the next person, Roman Stoyanov, scored 68%. In the last seminar, I promised to provide some links. For several years, I have been trying to do similar discussions, but I approach them differently. For example, in 2011, I posted a set of links (see below, "Possible Future of Humanity"). It includes Hardin's article and a link to Elinor Ostrom's book. I can also recommend Dennis Meadows' lecture and the latest "Limits to Growth" report. In 2011, some students wrote their thoughts on the forum, here. In 2012, based on the students' responses, I wrote the column "Dies irae". The discussions of 2013 and 2014 seem to have left no obvious traces, although they were no less interesting than in 2015. If you want to express yourself, the forum is open (and you still have the sheets with your answers, and no one is forcing you to limit yourself to them). You can start a new topic. Now, the overall results of the semester's work can be presented. Pay attention to how the table is structured. After the surname-name and group, there are columns with four (out of five) components of the grade. For seminars, the percentage of attended classes is indicated, and in parentheses, the number of points earned. For the three modules, the percentage of correct answers and, in parentheses, the number of points earned. Finally, the last column is the points earned to date. A total of 76 points have been "played" for. If someone had earned this amount, they would have 100% of the possible. Unfortunately, there are none. Borozna and Pavliy earned 75 points (approximately 99%).
